Advocate Heled is an accomplished and well-known expert on labor law and pension funds in Israel. Throughout his extensive career, he has represented clients in multiple precedential cases in the National Labor Court and the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Advocate Heled is himself an arbitrator and mediator.
Born in Israel in 1948, advocate Heled founded the firm he heads in 1978. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1970). He carried out his internship at the State Attorney Tel Aviv District Office (Civil), being admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1975.
In addition to his legal work, advocate Heled sits on the boards of public corporations and was a member of the State Commission of Reform of Israel’s Military Reserve Forces in 2004.
Advocate Heled’s current public positions include a long years lasting membership in the Board of Governors of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, as well as serving as a member of the board and treasurer of The Israeli Society For Labour Law and Social Security. During the last six years (until earlier in 2019), he had been chairing the Executive Committee of Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
Advocate Heled lectures in professional conferences and teaches in professional seminars provided by the Israel Bar Association.
In November 2011, advocate Heled received, on behalf of our office, the “Patient Rights’ Trustee” citation, in recognition of the voluntary efforts and assistance to breast cancer patients and “One of Nine” non-profit organization.
