Advocate Shor is an accomplished expert on pension funds and social security. With experience spanning over 30 years in this domain, he runs the pension and social security department at Asher Heled and Co. Advocate Shor’s experience includes major litigation cases, planning and drafting collective agreements for specific industries as well as employment contracts in Israel’s private sector. He counsels regularly to large business corporations.
Among others, Advocate Shor has led the proceedings in major principle cases in which the Supreme Court and the National Labour Court handed down rulings in labor and pension law. Advocate Shor speaks in professional conferences and lectures in seminars in his areas of expertise.
Advocate Shor was born in Israel in 1956. He graduated from the Law School of Bar Ilan University and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1984.
He joined Asher Heled & Co. in 1986, becoming a partner at the firm in 1992.
